Review: Forever Aloe Peaches

For the past month, I have had a trial of the Forever Living drinking gel ‘Aloe Peaches’.

I drink 100ml of the gel every morning before I do anything (it’s most effective if it’s the first thing to hit your gut). This means that one bottle lasts between 10 and 16 days. Some benefits of the drink are that it’s great for energy, skin, joints, respiratory, hair and immunity (things that I’m sure everybody is looking to improve in some way).

There’s nothing like waking up to a cup of Aloe Peaches in the morning!

Since moving to university, I have struggled with bad stomach pains and coming back after the summer I was concerned that these would return. However, since I have been having Aloe Peaches every day I have felt so much better and have had significantly fewer pains. In addition to this, I have felt so much less bloated and generally more healthy. In terms of being a digestive aid, it has been fantastic and if you struggle with any stomach/digestive problems then I cannot recommend it enough!

I also tend to struggle with a weak immune system. The stress of moving and the first week of uni tends to make me feel drained and ill. Last year, I got a very bad case of tonsillitis at the beginning of university and I was worried that this would happen again as it normally does when I have a lot going on. Despite this, I have not had any health issues in the two weeks that I have moved back to Bournemouth and I feel so much more energetic and healthier than I ever expected. I have also noticed that my skin is more glowy and feels a lot smoother while my hair also looks a lot healthier.

I would definitely recommend the ‘Forever Aloe Peaches’ gel drink and could not find any faults to it. Not only has it helped with my digestive health and immune system, which are two things I tend to struggle with, but it has also improved my overall health and energy. If those benefits aren’t enough to win you over, it is also delicious! The taste of Aloe on its own is not my favourite and I was sceptical at the beginning of the trial due to trying other Aloe drinks before and not enjoying them. However, I look forward to having the Peaches drink every morning and always want to have more after I’ve finished my 100ml.

One bottle of 1000ml costs £22.27 and lasts around 2 weeks. This may sound like a lot but it is such a good investment and definitely improves your overall health. If any of this appeals to you (and I don’t see why it wouldn’t!), or if you want to find out more information, then contact Nat on @natalieheeley_ on Instagram or click here.
